More Drama Assignment

The assignment was to make a nondescript silhouette. Then from there try and find a character in the silhouette.

Then from there pick a design that intrigues you and build a character from it or from a combination of the two.

Leading to the final character idea.

Nemesis DFA Project

In this assignment we had to take a picture of a texture and then find a character in it. From there we had to put that character into a scene where we felt the character belonged.

This character came from a texture I found in stained cement. The photo below is the picture that I took.Here's another texture I found on a tree on campus. I flipped it upside down and decided to turn it into an eel type character.

In Out Animation Project

I'm currently working on this piece cause it needs a lot of touching up but I plan on reposting it hopefully within a week. The post quality isn't great and its darker then it should be. I'll try and post a link to the actual video too.

Hybrid Assignment

The assignment was to mix two animals and an animal with a vehicle. My two randomly drawn animals were Ferret and Dog. I decided to use the Shar Pei since dog is kind of vague.


My other randomly drawn combination was a rhino and a submarine. I couldn't decide whether to call it a Submarhino or a Rhinocerine. :P

This is the turnaround of my caricature of myself. This was just to help me get a general idea of what the model will look like.



This is just the frontal pose of my turnaround completely shaded to help me visualize the final look of the character.
